Our soaps are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients. Variations in color, size, or fragrance may occur and are not considered defects.

Ingredient information is provided for each product. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchase. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only; payments via bank transfer or card are not available.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Exchanges are strictly subject to the conditions stated in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
